Meet our team

Chesca Hayden
Owner
"Hi, I'm Chesca. I was previously a head chef for many years, then Covid came and I wanted to pursue a career in care and I have never looked back!
Bespoke & Harmony is a small private team of outstanding carers and I am so proud to have created this and be part of something that can mean so much to people who need a bit of extra help & support.
The bonds we forge with others is something truly special and I can honestly say that the dedication, quality and passion that goes into our care is what makes us happy every single day.
Caring is at the forefront of everything I do and I find it a privilege to be trusted to be asked to support family members at a time where things are difficult.
I trust, I value, and I empower those I support."
"They may forget what we've said, but they will never forget the way we have made them feel ❣️"

Jenny Simpson
Co - Owner
"Hi I'm Jenny. I started care at the age of 18 and have loved it ever since, working in care for almost 30 years!
I absolutely love to help people and pride myself on enabling people to feel safe and happy, in the comfort of their own homes. I love being able to be the one clients and families trust to talk to, being there for my clients but also their family members when some days can be really tough.
I love the fact that I can give people hope that no matter what, life can still be enjoyed, whether it's just in talking and laughing or when we are taking a trip out.
Just knowing I have made someone smile is worth everything."

Molly Simpson
Senior HCA
"Hi my name is molly. I’m 29 years old and moved to Devon when I was 6 years old. I have worked in care for 6 years.
Caring isn’t just something I do it’s part of who I am.
My grandma helped raise me and she taught me what love, patience, and true compassion really mean.
Being a carer gives me a deep sense of purpose. I love being there for people who need support, whether that means helping with everyday tasks, being a listening ear, or simply bringing a little comfort into someone’s day. It’s about connection - making sure that people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Every time I care for someone, I think of my grandma. I try to give the same warmth and kindness she gives to me.
That’s why I love being a carer, because it’s meaningful, it’s personal, and it comes from the heart."
